This battery is FULLY warrantied against manufacturing defects arising from raw materials used and poor workmanship and it is of under normal usage within the warranty period, subject to the followings terms and conditions:

1. This warranty programme is brought to you by Naga Maxamp (M) Sdn. Bhd.
2. This warranty is only valid within Sabah only.
3. This warranty is void if:
   • The battery does not has our brand / marking or that the serial number has been tempered with or remove.
   • Damage to the battery is caused by malfunctions of vehicle’s charging and electrical system, collision, misuse, fire, mishandling, improper storage and maintenance, explosion and Acts of God.
   • The battery is transferred to another vehicle.
   • The battery has been tempered with, repaired or modified in whatsoever manner by unauthorized person.
   • The battery is used for any other applications other than automotive starting and lighting applications.
4. Warranty period all starts from the date of purchase.
• Naga Platinum / Maxamp / Prince66 / N@NO WET:  Petrol Vehicles – 6 months  
• Naga Platinum / Maxamp / Prince66 / N@NO WET: Diesel or Commercial Vehicles – 6 months 
• Naga Platinum / Maxamp / Prince66 / N@NO MF:  Petrol Vehicles – 12 months  
• Naga Platinum / Maxamp / Prince66 / N@NO MF: Diesel or Commercial Vehicles – 6 months 
• Naga DIAMOND WET Petrol Vehicles – Petrol Vehicles – 12 months or 20,000km and Diesel/Commercial – 12 months or 20,000km *Whichever comes first
• Naga DIAMOND & EFB MF Petrol Vehicles – Petrol Vehicles – 18 months or 30,000km and Diesel/Commercial – 18 months or 30,000km *Whichever comes first
• Naga INFINITE MF & AGM Petrol Vehicles Petrol Vehicles – 20 months or 34,000km and Diesel/Commercial – 17 months or 29,000km *Whichever comes first
• VARTA BLACK & BLUE (Petrol Vehicles – 15 months or 25,000km and Diesel/Commercial – 12 months or 25,000km) *Whichever comes first
• Warranty: for VARTA BLACK & BLUE (Petrol Vehicles – 15 months or 25,000km and Diesel/Commercial – 12 months or 25,000km) *Whichever comes first
